Constructed Languages
In contrast to natural languages, a constructed language or con-lang is a language that is constructed from some specific purpose. It may also be referred to as "artificial language", "planned language" or "invented language".
They can be divided into:
- Engineered Languages (has three divisions)
- Auxiliary Languages (has two divisions)
- Artistic Languages
- Fictional Languages
Based on the formation of words, they can be divided into:
- A Priori Languages (From scratch)
- They are preferred in International Auxiliary Languages to prevent unfair learning advantage
- A Posteriori Languages (From an existing language)
- They are preferred in Zonal Auxiliary Languages for ease of use
